How fast will I hear back?+
Usually within one business day. If you send your year, make, and model with your message, we can often quote you on the first reply instead of going back and forth.
Do I need an appointment?+
Yes. We work by appointment only, which is how every vehicle gets our full attention instead of sitting in a queue. Call or book online and we will find you a slot.
Can you quote me without seeing the vehicle?+
For most services, yes. Send us the year, make, model, and a few photos of the paint, and we can give you an accurate starting number. We confirm the final quote once we see it in person.
Do you come to me or do I come to you?+
Coatings, film, and tint are installed in our Conway shop where conditions are controlled. Detailing is available in-shop or through our mobile unit across South Carolina.
What if I do not know which service I need?+
